It is necessary you submit a Rental Agreement for each week you want to list, as well as each year you want to list in. The agreements are for one year and do not renew. If you list with us, we will not notify you by email if there is a rental in your week. Contact Owner Services for an update on your rental status at ownerservices@trappfamily.com.
No animals of any kind shall be kept in the Villa. The community has a clear policy on pets, and we have recently been challenged with an influx of "service animals." National ADA, Title II and Title III, "a service animal is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, or other mental disability…." "Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and III of the ADA." If a pet is found in the Villa, the registered Occupant will be asked to remove the pet immediately and if there is damage as a result of the animal's presence, all costs for necessary repairs will be charged to the registered Occupant's credit card.
